Inbound Sales Representaive

Working within the Customer Support team, the Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales success. This role involves providing support to customers through phone, email, and live chat, as well as converting interested prospects into satisfied customers. Previous telephone sales experience is essential, along with excellent customer relationship building skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, targeted sales environment. The Sales Support Specialist will also have the opportunity to work in a vibrant office environment with various amenities.

• Deliver an amazing customer experience that drives sales success
• Support customers on the phone, via email, and through live chat
• Receive inbound calls and leads generated from search and aggregator platforms
• Transform interested prospects into satisfied customers
• Question and qualify customers and recognize buying signals
• Manage own sales pipeline through to successful conversion
• Build strong customer relationships over the phone

• Previous automotive experience beneficial but not essential
• Ability to question and qualify customers and recognize buying signals
• Previous telephone sales experience is essential
• A proven track record in sales is a must
• Experience of managing your own sales pipeline through to successful conversion
• Excellent telephone based customer relationship building skills with a clear and engaging voice
• Thrives in a fast-paced, targeted sales environment
