About the position
As a Sales Support Specialist at Cazoo, you will be part of the Customer Support team and play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your main responsibility will be to support customers through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat, with the goal of driving sales success. Previous telephone sales experience is essential, and you should have a proven track record in sales. Additionally, you should possess excellent customer relationship building skills, thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, and have a positive and outgoing demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an amazing customer experience that drives sales success
- Support customers on the phone, via email, and through live chat
- Receive inbound calls and leads generated from search and aggregator platforms
- Transform interested prospects into satisfied customers
- Question and qualify customers and recognize buying signals
- Manage own sales pipeline through to successful conversion
- Build strong customer relationships over the phone
- Thrive in a fast-paced, targeted sales environment
- Support the development of others and be a team player
- Be highly organized with a strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
Requirements
- Previous automotive experience beneficial but not essential
- Ability to question and qualify customers and recognize buying signals
- Previous telephone sales experience is essential
- A proven track record in sales is a must
- Experience of managing your own sales pipeline through to successful conversion
- Excellent telephone based customer relationship building skills with a clear and engaging voice
- Thrive in a fast paced, targeted sales environment
- Professional positive and outgoing manner with great people skills
- Team player and supporting the development of others
- Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
