Inbound Sales Development Representative

This job is focused on educating and qualifying marketing-driven leads to create sales opportunities for Podium. The role involves evangelizing the Podium story, aligning solutions with prospect business objectives, and collaborating with sales representatives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, networking abilities, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, small team environment. They should also be organized, prioritize effectively, and be a self-starter.

• Educate and qualify marketing driven leads to create sales-ready opportunities
• Master the ability to evangelize the Podium story
• Align Podium solutions with prospect business objectives and needs
• Collaborate with sales reps to schedule prospect calls, meetings, and demos
• Proactively keep abreast of the industry and technology landscape to be a trusted resource to prospects and customers
• Acquire key prospect data from initial conversations, web, and other sources, and ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in CRM
• Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments/demos scheduled and deals closed
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal
