About the position
aPriori is seeking a Business Partner and Talent Development Manager who will be responsible for accelerating employee development and driving employee growth and business results. The role involves determining stakeholder needs, designing and facilitating training programs, managing virtual and in-person classrooms, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. Additionally, the manager will contribute to enhancing the performance management process, design a career conversation framework, and execute a mentor program. Responsibilities
Requirements
- Determine stakeholder needs, develop a talent roadmap, design and/or outsource training
- Develop materials to promote and communicate learning initiatives
- Manage virtual and in-person classrooms and participants during training
- Responsible for aPriori's LMS system including curriculum assignment and governance
- Continuously evaluate and enhance aPriori's new hire onboarding program
- Assess effectiveness of training and learning solutions through data analytics
- Contribute to the design and execution of enhancements to the performance management process
- Design and execute a career conversation framework
- Design, own, and execute a mentor program
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with managers and leaders
- Collaborate with HR colleagues on employee relations, talent management, and development
- Ensure program compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist with the performance management program and support managers.

- Respond to general policy questions from employees and managers and advise them on HR policy and practice
- Partner with the business in resource planning and talent management efforts
- Assist with day-to-day administration of policies and programs related to People Operations functions
- Manage specific projects as determined by leadership and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong background in People Operations, with experience as an HR Business Partner is a plus
- Experience coaching employees and people leaders
- Experience developing and facilitating training preferred, and sales enablement experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable with public speaking and presenting
- Strong knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- SharePoint and Salesforce experience a plus
