About The Position

The Host/Cashier welcomes guests, handles transactions accurately, and creates a warm and friendly first impression. The role calls for positive energy, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset. The position supports guest satisfaction and smooth restaurant operations by managing seating and wait lists, assisting with guest inquiries and to-go orders, and coordinating with restaurant staff. Other duties may be assigned as required.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage seating arrangements and wait lists to support smooth restaurant flow and guest satisfaction.
• Accurately process guest payments and responsibly handle cash, credit card, and other transactions.
• Answer phones, assist guests with questions, and support carryout or to-go orders as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, front entrance, and dining areas.
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to support efficient operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
