About The Position

The Head Teller supports the paying and receiving function of the Geneva Branch. The role includes handling deposits for several account types, cashing checks within approved authority and operating policy, and selling cashier’s checks, money orders, and certified checks. The position also coordinates work within the department, provides guidance and on-the-job training to Senior Tellers and Tellers, and assists the immediate supervisor with administrative tasks that support department operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of three years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Accept deposits for several account types.
• Cash checks within approved authority and operating policy.
• Sell cashier’s checks, money orders, and certified checks.
• Coordinate work within the department.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to Senior Tellers and Tellers.
