Requirements

  • 12 or more years of experience in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing.
  • At least 5 years leading teams, including experience managing managers or leads.

  • Hands-on ownership of a full-funnel growth model and budget accountability, including CAC, conversion, LTV, and payback.
  • Deep expertise in paid acquisition across major platforms, as well as lifecycle and CRM program design.
  • Experience running a disciplined experimentation program and working knowledge of test design, statistical significance, and incrementality.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working directly in GA4, Looker, or similar BI tools, and in SQL or alongside analysts at the query level.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable ESP, CRM, and CDP stack.
  • Clear, structured writing and communication skills, including the ability to present plans and results to executive leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own growth strategy and targets across awareness, ordering, delivery, post-purchase accessories, wraps, service, loyalty, retention, and referrals.

  • Own the paid media and growth budget, shifting investment toward effective channels and away from ineffective ones.
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing to turn brand and launch plans into measurable demand programs and represent growth performance in leadership reviews.
  • Lead paid acquisition across search, direct, paid social, online video and CTV, programmatic, affiliate, and emerging channels, working with internal and agency partners.
  • Build launch and regional demand plans aligned with vehicle availability, SI&OP, delivery geography, and regional service and wrap installation networks.
  • Work with PR, Influencer, and Brand teams to make earned media, creator content, events, and owner community measurable acquisition sources.
  • Design and launch referral and owner-advocacy programs.
  • Partner with Fleet Sales on demand generation for small business and commercial fleet buyers.
  • Own lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels, guiding reservation holders through configuration, financing, ordering, and delivery.
  • Grow post-purchase revenue through accessory, wrap, and merchandise programs timed to the ownership journey.
  • Build audience segmentation and personalized journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Own experimentation across the website, configurator, reservation, and checkout flows, with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and guardrails.
  • Partner with Digital Experience Design, Product, and Engineering to prioritize high-impact funnel improvements.
  • Lead the CRO function, including test implementation, tooling, and site performance during testing.
  • Work with eCommerce Merchandising to improve accessory discovery and attach rate across the marketplace.
