About the position
Fictiv is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create visual representations in digital and print media assets for Fictiv marketing. The ideal candidate should be able to take ideas and convert them into designs that connect with the target audience and align with Fictiv's brand guidelines. They will collaborate with the marketing team and have expert knowledge of design programs, including Figma, to produce assets for various marketing needs. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and a portfolio demonstrating a strong visual design foundation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and execute creative assets for print and digital collateral in support of marketing activities
- Translate direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity or campaign design
- Follow processes for organizing and uploading design assets for all project materials
- Work with web developer to ensure web assets are implemented as intended
- Manage tasks and deadlines within Asana and/or Jira
- Apply a cohesive creative vision across a variety of visual media
- Communicate effectively to align stakeholders and producers on creative ideas and visual concepts
- Desire to experiment with ideas and iterate quickly
- Attend weekly check-in meeting conducted during US hours
- Possess an associate's degree in design, advertising, or similar
- Have a portfolio of creative work demonstrating a strong visual design foundation
- Have two or more years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe software.
