About the position
The job overview for the Global B2B Lead Generation Manager role is to build, deploy, and optimize the digital acquisition strategy for TheFork across 12 markets. This includes managing various channels such as the website, blog, search engine advertising, emails, and affiliates. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for developing the content and performance of the restaurant website, mentoring and leading a team, collaborating with the Central Inbound Sales team, and serving as the main point of contact for local Marketing Directors and B2B marketing managers. Quarterly Business Reviews and cross-functional meetings will also be led by the manager. The ideal candidate should possess 8 years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on lead generation, 3 years of people management experience, and a successful track record in building acquisition strategies.
Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and run the digital acquisition strategy for the 12 markets in which TheFork operates, optimizing main channels (Website, Blog, SEA, emails, affiliates) and activating new ones
- Build the content and performances of the website for restaurants (theforkmanager.com)
- Mentor and lead the team to grow their analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Work closely with the Central Inbound Sales team to improve each step of the funnel and maximize the number of new clients attracted to TheFork
- Act as the go-to person for all Acquisition topics and the key point of contact for local Marketing Directors and B2B marketing managers
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and other cross-functional and cross-market meetings
