Founding Product Manager
About The Position
Svix is a fast-growing startup building server-to-server communication infrastructure, starting with webhooks. The Founding Product Manager will operate like a founder and work directly with the founder and CEO, engineering, and go-to-market teams to evolve the product and help establish Svix as a core communication primitive for backends and agents. The role focuses on product roadmap and strategy, with the goal of scaling the business toward $100M ARR and beyond. The person in this role will prioritize ruthlessly, ship quickly, and help define how the product serves AI agents as first-class users. The role is focused on setting product direction and ensuring the product meets customer needs, rather than writing lengthy PRDs or creating a divide between product and engineering. Product engineers make many tactical product decisions. The position is based in person at Svix's San Francisco office. Svix has created Standard Webhooks, a webhook specification adopted by organizations including Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, and others.
