About The Position

Casap is hiring its Founding Product Designer to define how people and AI agents interact within financial institutions. This new role will establish emerging UX patterns, set the product design craft bar, and build a design system that helps the company work faster. The designer will collaborate closely with engineers, customers, and the founders to simplify complex workflows while preserving accuracy and power. The role includes observing dispute and fraud teams at banks and credit unions, translating real-world work into new agent workflows, and designing systems for processes such as provisional credit, evidence gathering, chargeback filing, and merchant response review. The designer will also create and present keynotes, board decks, and published perspectives to help banks understand agentic transformation. They will work from problem definition through polished designs and prototype in Figma, code, or AI tools.

  • Experience building design systems that help teams work faster, and ability to explain their impact.
