About The Position

Claim Health is an AI Revenue Platform for Post-Acute Care. It unifies fragmented systems, automates manual workflows, and enables real-time decision-making for post-acute care providers. The Founding Product Manager will help shape the platform by connecting customer needs with technical innovation, triaging feature requests, prioritizing development, and launching new product lines that affect agency operations and outcomes. This is a hands-on role involving close collaboration with engineers and coding agents to turn insights and requirements into products. The role is based in person in New York City and offers a competitive salary plus meaningful equity.

Requirements

Experience working with customers in a product or engineering role.
Ability to triage and prioritize requests and define product requirements based on customer input.
Track record of collaborating with engineering teams and technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with coding agents, APIs, or automation technologies.
Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Comfort with ambiguity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High ownership, bias toward action, and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or related fields.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary customer contact by gathering feedback, triaging feature requests, and identifying emerging needs.
Prioritize customer requests and translate them into clear product requirements.
Work with engineers and coding agents to scope, build, and ship features and products.
Drive the development of new product lines.
Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch and ensure high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with support, customer success, operations, and other cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
Communicate product plans, progress, and roadmaps to customers and internal teams.
