About The Position

Crustdata is seeking a Founding Product Manager to join their team. This is the second product hire at the company and an individual-contributor role with a wide scope. The company operates a canonical identity graph for people and companies worldwide, delivered as both an index and an API. They focus on parsing, resolving, verifying, and deduplicating entities on web pages to create a pre-verified grounding layer for AI agents. The company has achieved $10M in ARR and serves high-growth platforms, a global consultancy, and large technology companies. The product team is responsible for deciding which derived datasets are built from their indexed corpus and how a self-serve business scales to match a sales-led one. The role is crucial for ensuring features are product-owned and utilized by customers.

Requirements

4-5+ years of product management experience as an individual contributor.
Computer science degree with the technical depth to understand agent-facing and ML-derived products.
Startup experience and comfort operating in a zero-to-one environment.
Proven track record of owning a product area end-to-end and achieving measurable growth.
Analytical, scrappy, and capable of operating effectively without a large supporting organization.

Responsibilities

Identify customer needs and assess if the current product meets them.
Define and prioritize derived data products (e.g., technographics, fraud signals) with the machine-learning team.
Own the product roadmap from requirements and implementation to launch, adoption, and post-launch feedback.
Scale the product-led growth strategy to match the sales-led business.
Collaborate directly with customers on building agents and internal workflows using the platform.
Ensure launched features are adopted by customers and continuously improved, rather than becoming dormant.
