About The Position

The County Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Float Teller to service five branches in Aroostook County: Caribou, Presque Isle, Mars Hill, Fort Fairfield, and Houlton. Travel between branches is required. The Float Teller is an important member of the branch network who welcomes new and existing members and assists them with account transactions and service needs. The role includes promoting Credit Union products and services, processing transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with balancing procedures, and providing exceptional member service. The position involves continuous standing and/or walking.

Requirements

• Great communication skills.
• Ability to travel to branches in Caribou, Presque Isle, Mars Hill, Fort Fairfield, and Houlton.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new and existing Credit Union members.
• Assist members with account transactions and servicing needs.
• Promote Credit Union products and services to members.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other cash and check transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow transaction balancing procedures.
• Provide excellent and exceptional member service.
