Financial Systems Analyst

The Financial Systems Analyst role at Storable is seeking a candidate with strong NetSuite skills and experience in a fast-paced and changing environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the NetSuite environment, as well as a comprehensive understanding of business processes. They will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the ERP and related systems, as well as assisting with process improvements and automation. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments.

• Execute the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, training, and improvement of the ERP and related systems
• Assist with the implementation of process improvements and automation of manual processes
• Meet and coordinate with stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements
• Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance processes
• Develop reports to meet ongoing and emerging business needs
• Manage testing for system upgrades and changes effectively
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Engineering, Information Technology or related field
• 3 years of NetSuite implementation or administration (NetSuite certification is a plus)
• Experience with accounting is preferred
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• NetSuite Administrator level knowledge of roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports, saved searches, dashboards, and forms to manage unique business process requirements within NetSuite
• Demonstrates full understanding of the NetSuite environment and experienced with the following NetSuite modules: Order to Cash, Procurement, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Advanced Revenue Management
• Experience with Bundles and SuiteApps
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong excel skills over large amounts of data (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and Charts)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organization skills
• Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines
• Team player and ability to collaborate with other departments
• Flexibility and resourcefulness to succeed in a fast-growing environment with frequently changing priorities
• Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines and moves with a sense of urgency
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
