About The Position

Shottenkirk Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager. This is not a training position or a desk job; we are looking for a proven F&I professional who is ready to produce. The F&I Manager is responsible for helping customers finance their vehicle purchases by working with lending agencies and for having a deep understanding of aftermarket options and warranties that can be purchased with the vehicle being sold.

Requirements

• Experienced Automotive Finance Manager
• Proven ability to close deals
• Ability to structure deals, present products, and ask for the sale
• Track record of producing
• Ability to create opportunities, control the presentation, protect gross, and close business
• Experienced F&I professional
• Proven production strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver strong PVR and gross profit
• Structure deals quickly and intelligently
• Work multiple lenders and maximize approvals
• Present F&I products with confidence and conviction
• Overcome objections without giving away the store
• Close deals professionally and aggressively
• Protect gross while maintaining excellent CSI
• Read credit, understand stipulations, and solve problems
• Maintain strong lender relationships
• Keep deals moving and funded
• Handle a fast-paced showroom without getting overwhelmed
• Hold yourself accountable to NUMBERS, NOT EXCUSES
