About The Position

Walt Massey is hiring an F&I (Finance & Insurance) Manager to help provide customers with an extraordinary automotive experience. The role supports customers in arranging vehicle financing, presents additional products, structures profitable sales, ensures compliance, completes and audits deal paperwork, and works to secure timely funding of contracts.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing for their purchases.
• Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Structure sales to produce the highest profitability.
• Maintain proficiency and certifications required for the position.
• Desk deals accurately, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals effectively.
• Ensure every deal complies with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork and contracts, and deliver deals.
• Accurately audit team deals.
• Analyze deals after the sale and identify improvements.
• Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.
