About The Position
Walt Massey is hiring an F&I (Finance & Insurance) Manager to help provide clients with an extraordinary automotive experience. The organization provides comprehensive, specialized position training, on-the-job training, and ongoing personal development. The manager assists customers with financing purchases and presents additional products, while structuring and processing deals for profitability, compliance, and timely funding.
Requirements
- Eagerness to improve.
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
- Proficiency in structuring deals for maximum profitability.
- Knowledge of title laws and the registration process.
- Professional personal appearance and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation and presentation expertise.
- Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
- Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing for their purchases, and present additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
- Structure sales to produce the highest profitability.
- Maintain proficiency and certifications required for the position.
- Desk deals accurately, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals effectively.
- Ensure every deal complies with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Prepare paperwork and contracts, and deliver deals.
- Audit team deals post-sale and analyze them for improvement opportunities.
- Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.
