About The Position

New Country Motor Car Group is seeking an F&I (Finance & Insurance) Manager to help customers arrange financing for vehicle purchases and present additional products that enhance their vehicles and ownership experience. The manager structures deals for profitability and collectability, submits deals to lenders, makes credit decisions, closes deals, and ensures transactions comply with applicable guidelines. The role also involves preparing and delivering deal paperwork, auditing deals after sale, and ensuring contracts are funded promptly. Requirements

Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
Professional personal appearance and excellent communication skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.

Prepare paperwork and contracts and deliver deals.
Accurately audit team deals after sale.
Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.
