About The Position

New Country Motor Car Group is seeking an F&I Manager to help customers arrange financing for vehicle purchases and present additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience. The role involves structuring and closing deals, ensuring compliance, preparing and auditing paperwork, and expediting contract funding. Requirements

• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Professional personal appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Help customers arrange financing for their vehicle purchases and present additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Structure deals for maximum profitability and collectability.
• Maintain proficiency with title laws and the registration process.
• Maintain required proficiency and certifications for the position.
• Accurately desk deals, submit them to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals effectively.
• Ensure deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork and contracts, and deliver deals.
• Accurately audit team deals after sale.
• Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.
