About The Position

The Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager at Pine Belt Honda will guide customers through financing and protection product options with professionalism and transparency. This role involves securing financing through lending partners while maximizing profitability, and presenting and selling F&I products such as service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and ancillary products. The F&I Manager will ensure all deals are accurate, compliant, and funded in a timely manner, while maintaining knowledge of federal, state, and lender compliance requirements. This position requires close collaboration with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience, building and maintaining strong relationships with lenders and product providers, and meeting and exceeding performance goals while upholding high customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements

Previous automotive Finance & Insurance experience required.
Proven track record of strong production and customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of dealership management systems and lender portals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
High level of integrity and commitment to compliance.
Ability to work in a high-volume, customer-focused dealership.
