About The Position

Walt Massey is seeking an F&I Manager to support customers with financing their vehicle purchases and present additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience. The role is responsible for structuring and closing profitable deals, ensuring transactions comply with applicable laws and guidelines, preparing and delivering paperwork, and overseeing post-sale deal audits and contract funding. The company provides comprehensive, specialized training, on-the-job training, and ongoing personal development.

Requirements

Eagerness to improve.
Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
Proficiency structuring deals for maximum profitability.
Knowledge of title laws and registration processes.
Professional personal appearance and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing for their purchases.
Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
Structure sales to produce the highest profitability.
Maintain proficiency and certifications required for the position.
Desk deals accurately, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals effectively.
Ensure every deal complies with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Prepare paperwork and contracts, and deliver deals.
Accurately audit team deals after sale and analyze them for improvements.
Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.
