About The Position

Walt Massey is hiring an F&I (Finance & Insurance) Manager to help provide clients with an extraordinary automotive experience. The organization provides comprehensive, specialized training for the position, on-the-job training, and ongoing personal development. The manager assists customers with financing vehicle purchases, presents additional products, structures and closes deals, and ensures transactions comply with applicable laws and guidelines. The role also includes preparing and delivering deal paperwork, auditing completed deals, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring contracts are funded promptly.

Requirements

Eagerness to improve.
Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
Proficiency in structuring deals for maximum profitability.
Knowledge of title laws and the registration process.
Professional personal appearance and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
Valid driver's license.

College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing for their purchases.
Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
Structure sales to produce the highest profitability.
Maintain proficiency and certifications required for the position.
Desk deals accurately, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals effectively.
Ensure every deal complies with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Prepare paperwork and contracts, and deliver deals.
Accurately audit team deals after sale and analyze them for improvements.
Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.
