About The Position

Kals Motor Group is a family-owned used car dealership in Wadena, MN, seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys assisting customers with financing while ensuring an outstanding buying experience. This role involves arranging vehicle financing, presenting various financial products, and managing all related paperwork with a strong emphasis on compliance and collaboration with the sales team.

Requirements

• Previous automotive F&I, finance, banking, or lending experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Arrange vehicle financing with a variety of lending partners
• Present finance, warranty, GAP, and vehicle protection products to customers
• Prepare and complete all financing and title paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal lending regulations
• Work closely with the sales team to provide a smooth customer experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions
