Field Marketing Manager, Americas

About The Position

The Field Marketing Manager, Americas owns the regional marketing plan and coordinates a focused portfolio of Sales-prioritized account, industry, customer-expansion, and event-led programs. The role translates global Demand Generation and Industry Marketing programs into coordinated local activity, incorporating country, language, privacy, procurement, buyer-context, and account-action considerations. It is accountable for regional prioritization, multi-country activation, and marketing’s contribution to pipeline, rather than equal coverage of every country, vertical, account, or partner motion or independent execution of every specialist activity. The manager works with Sales leadership and central teams to plan regional activity, prioritize strategic accounts and segments, coordinate account-based marketing, activate selected programs, and provide actionable market and performance insight. The position is hybrid and offers a competitive benefits package.

Requirements

  • 6–9+ years in B2B field, regional, ABM, demand, strategic event, or revenue marketing.
  • Direct partnership experience with enterprise Sales and technical account teams.
  • Experience coordinating multi-channel account programs.
  • Experience across cloud/infrastructure and embedded/industrial/edge technical markets.
  • Strong CRM, marketing-automation, and account-data literacy, with the ability to turn data into practical account action plans.
  • Experience orchestrating workshops, executive programs, customer proof, partner activity, events, and post-program follow-through.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder influence, prioritization, and commercial judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the Americas regional marketing plan, quarterly priorities, investment recommendations, activation calendar, and pipeline-gap plan with Sales leadership.
  • Prioritize a manageable portfolio of named strategic accounts and priority segments; deliver bespoke activation for the agreed Tier 1 accounts and scalable one-to-many programs for remaining priority accounts.
  • Co-own regional ABM orchestration with Demand Generation by providing account and market context, validating priority accounts and signals, recommending next-best actions, and leading regular Sales/Marketing reviews of agreed account plans.
  • Activate approved global industry, customer-expansion, and demand programs locally, selecting a limited number of high-impact plays each quarter.
  • Coordinate appropriate interventions for priority accounts and opportunities, such as targeted nurture, SDR/BDE/AE outreach, workshops, pre-sales sessions, executive engagement, customer proof, event activation, or recycle paths.
  • Own the regional marketing calendar and identify overlaps, coverage and account gaps, budget and capacity trade-offs, and support needed from central teams, agencies, and shared services.
  • Provide high-quality contact, account, and engagement data—including campaign source, activity history, account context, and recommended next actions—to support consistent lead management and sales engagement.
  • Coordinate partner participation when material to an approved account plan or campaign, working with Partner Marketing and channel teams.
  • Support a limited number of Sales-prioritized early-stage opportunities when there is a named account, buyer or deal hypothesis, agreed Sales owner, and defined marketing intervention to test urgency, access, or business case.
  • Provide central teams and leadership with actionable regional insight on buyers, competitors, program performance, conversion, and route-to-market conditions.
