About The Position

Hilbert is hiring its first Field Marketing Manager for the Americas to own the strategy, execution, and measurement of the region’s in-person and live-audience programmes. The role works with regional sales leaders to build and manage the Americas event calendar, deciding which conferences and industry events to attend, which programmes to host, which accounts to invite, and what each programme should produce. The manager owns conference participation from sponsorship decisions through side events, speaker slots, meeting schedules, and on-site execution. They also design and produce Hilbert-hosted programmes, including executive dinners, advisor and investor firesides, live-audience podcast recordings, customer roundtables, and webinars. Responsibilities include audience and guest-list design, promotion, production, and follow-up that converts attendance into sales meetings. The role partners with sellers on pre-event targeting and timely follow-up, manages vendors, venues, budgets, and co-hosting partners, and tracks programme outcomes in the CRM. It reports on results monthly and adjusts the calendar based on performance. The manager will create a repeatable playbook with Hilbert’s EMEA counterpart. This is a hands-on startup role with no initial agency or team. The position is based in San Francisco, New York, or Mexico City on a hybrid basis, with travel around 30 percent across the United States and Latin America.
