About The Position

Cogent is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to help scale field marketing as a pipeline-generating motion for its autonomous cyber defense platform. The role sits within the Demand Generation arm of Growth and partners closely with Sales, SDRs, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and RevOps. The manager helps develop regional and account-based plans aligned with pipeline targets, priority accounts, sales territories, and partner opportunities. They support a mix of executive roundtables, dinners, roadshows, conferences, partner activations, customer and prospect events, and VIP experiences, connecting field programs with digital, content, outbound, and nurture efforts. The role owns end-to-end execution of assigned programs, from planning and logistics through invitations, on-site experience, and follow-up. It also supports partner co-marketing and channel activations, tracks program performance and ROI, and uses AI and automation to improve targeting, workflows, logistics, follow-up, recaps, and reporting. Travel for events and field activations is required as needed.
