Working closely with the San Francisco headquarters, this role will shape major industry events, including RSAC in San Francisco and Black Hat in Las Vegas, and build a year-round regional marketing program designed to generate pipeline and revenue. The position combines event strategy and hands-on execution, account-based marketing, partner co-marketing, budget management, and close collaboration with enterprise sales. Programs should support measurable business outcomes, including pipeline, ARR, deal velocity, and brand reputation.

  • Ability to solve on-site problems calmly and quickly.
  • Comfort presenting to executive and sales leadership, with clear opinions supported by data and reasoning.
  • Based in the Western United States or Canada and able to travel 30–40%.

Nice To Haves

  • Bay Area location preferred.
  • A track record of experimentation and risk-taking, with the ability to explain why an approach succeeded or failed.

  • Develop and own ABM programs for Global 2000 accounts in the West, particularly in hospitality and AI-forward technology enterprises.
  • Plan partner co-marketing programs with integration and channel partners, including EDR, SIEM, identity, and collaboration platforms.
  • Create distinctive event experiences that meet business goals and educate the market about intent-aware workspace security and prevention.
  • Execute events hands-on, including resolving issues on-site and coordinating with design, operations, sales, and product marketing.
  • Tie each program to clear business outcomes and report how marketing activity contributes to revenue.
  • Manage the West field marketing budget, including a meaningful portion of flagship conference investment.
  • Build strong working relationships with West enterprise sales leadership and representatives, serving as a partner in accelerating key accounts.
  • Measure program results, communicate what worked and what did not, and recommend improvements to marketing and sales leadership.
