About The Position

Nooks is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to bring the company closer to sellers, sales leaders, and revenue teams, and to turn field interactions into pipeline. The role owns field programs, including regional campaigns developed with sales teams, conference presence, side events, direct mail, gifting, and creative sales plays. The position offers ownership to test new ideas and scale successful programs. The Field Marketing Manager reports to the Head of Field and Executive Marketing and works closely with Sales, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand, and Marketing Operations. The role builds quarterly field plans with sellers and sales leaders, launches integrated regional and segment campaigns, and develops plays to advance open opportunities and expand existing customers. It also owns Nooks' presence at major industry conferences, including sponsorship strategy, booth experience, logistics, staffing, and execution; evaluates event opportunities; and plans memorable ancillary events. The manager oversees lead capture and follow-up, sets program success metrics, reports performance and ROI, and manages budgets, contracts, vendors, agencies, calendars, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Create memorable experiences that express the Nooks brand.
  • Run gifting and direct mail campaigns to reach target buyers, book first meetings, and generate pipeline.
  • Test gifting and direct mail formats, offers, and vendors, and scale those that produce results.
  • Own program follow-up, including lead capture, routing, SDR handoff, and nurture, in coordination with Growth Marketing and Marketing Operations.
  • Set success metrics based on program objectives, such as sourced or influenced pipeline, deal acceleration, expansion, or awareness.
  • Report on program performance and ROI, share learnings, and rebalance the program portfolio.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, vendors, and agencies across the field marketing calendar.
  • Keep the field calendar current and visible to Sales and Marketing.
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing, Brand Design, and Growth to launch programs on time and on brand.
