About the position

The job overview for this role is to ensure the achievement of target KPI points, build strong relationships with customers (specifically fish and pond farmers), improve and maintain the quality of field team sales, ensure smooth operations of the field team according to predetermined KPIs, manage stock and product supply to meet demand in the area, achieve additional commercial and business targets, ensure the achievement and process of AR collection align with the priorities of the business unit, and manage Field Activators to carry out sales activities with customers according to company targets.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure target KPI Points are achieved
  • Building good relationship with customers (fish & pond farmers)
  • Effectively improve and maintain the quality of field team sales in their area to meet sales targets
  • Ensuring field team operations run well according to predetermined KPIs
  • Maintain stock and product supply (eFishery Mall) to meet demand in the area
  • Achieve additional commercial and business targets in areas according to the priorities of the BU
  • Ensuring the achievement and process of AR collection are in accordance with the priorities of BU
  • Manage Field Activator in order to carry out sales activities of the company's products with customers according to the targets set by the company
