About The Position

Fitzgerald Auto Mall is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager. This role offers top pay for top talent and is a key position for growing the sales volume of the team. The F&I Manager will work directly with executive leadership and be provided with all necessary tools for success. A proven record of sales volume, profit, and customer satisfaction is essential.

Requirements

• Previous automotive finance management experience is REQUIRED.
• Prior F&I experience.
• Background with automotive finance relationships.
• Familiarity with F&I menu software.
• Proven track record of high volume sales with service contracts and other finance products.
• High energy, outgoing personality.
• Willingness to work hand in hand with the sales team.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage application and approval process for clients.
• Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.
• Track daily and monthly sales targets and keep the team goal-oriented.
• Present product package information for sales and profit with integrity.
• Maintain consistently high customer satisfaction scores.
• Maintain required licensing and certifications.
