About The Position

Blue Compass RV is seeking an F&I Manager to guide customers through RV financing options and protection plans and provide a smooth, professional buying experience. The role selects lenders, secures approvals, obtains customer commitments, and finalizes deliveries. It also supports sales staff and management with deal structuring and training, while overseeing contract placement and funding and monitoring F&I performance metrics. The company describes itself as having more than 100 RV dealerships across the country and offers training and development programs and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of working knowledge of Finance and Insurance products.
• Menu selling experience.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Professional dress, speech, and behavior.
• Strong closing skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to train finance and sales personnel.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Select appropriate lenders, secure approval, obtain customer commitment, and finalize delivery.
• Manage contract placement while maximizing F&I PVR.
• Assist the sales desk in structuring deals.
• Adhere consistently to F&I office processes and contract flow.
• Manage contracts in transit and ensure funding through ongoing communication with the business office.
• Track and monitor F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetrations.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings regarding F&I training and issues.
• Assist the General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
