Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive menu-selling process to maximize finance department profitability and product penetration.
• Track the portfolio with lenders.
• Review and inspect the department’s paperwork flow daily to ensure timely turnaround on all deals.
• Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Support the sales department in achieving its goals.
• Model professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service.
• Work with the sales team to enforce proper selling methods.
• Set and maintain the finance department work schedule.
