About The Position

Blue Compass RV is hiring an F&I Manager to guide customers through RV financing options and protection plans, support a smooth and professional buying experience, and help the dealership complete and fund sales. The role includes selecting lenders, securing approvals, obtaining customer commitments, finalizing deliveries, and managing contracts and F&I performance. The F&I Manager also supports sales staff and dealership leadership through deal structuring, training, and participation in sales meetings. Compensation is listed as $75,000–$150,000. Requirements

• 3–5 years of working knowledge of finance and insurance products.
• Menu-selling experience is required.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Good time-management skills.
• Professional dress, speech, and behavior.
• Strong closing skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to train finance and sales personnel.
• Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Business management experience in the automobile industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Select appropriate lenders, secure approvals, obtain customer commitments, and finalize deliveries.
• Manage placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVR.
• Assist the sales desk in structuring deals.
• Adhere consistently to F&I office processes and contract flow.
• Manage contracts in transit and ensure funding through ongoing communication with the business office.
• Track and monitor F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetration.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings concerning F&I training and issues.
• Assist the General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
