About The Position

Camping World is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Finance & Insurance Manager with strong customer service skills, business acumen, and sales aptitude. The ideal candidate can get started quickly or is highly motivated to learn, and is naturally self-directed. This commission-based role offers uncapped commissions. The estimated total annual compensation range, including base pay and variable compensation earned, is $100,000–$180,000 or more. Compensation decisions consider factors such as skills, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs.

Requirements

3–5 years of working knowledge of Finance and Insurance products.
Menu-selling experience is required.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Good time-management skills.
Professional dress, speech, and behavior.
Strong closing skills.
Strong organizational skills.
May lift up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Business management experience in the automobile industry is a plus.
Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

Select appropriate lenders, secure approvals, obtain customer commitments, and finalize deliveries.
Manage contract placement while maximizing F&I PVR.
Assist the sales desk with deal structuring.
Follow F&I office processes and contract workflows consistently.
Manage contracts in transit and ensure funding through ongoing communication with the business office.
Track and monitor F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetration.
Participate in weekly sales meetings on F&I training and issues.
Assist the General Manager and Sales Manager with training sales staff.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
