F&I Manager
About The Position
The F&I Manager at BMW of Sherman Oaks will be responsible for managing the finance and insurance department, working closely with the established finance team and sales desk. This role is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the dealership's success. The position requires a competitive, coachable, team-oriented individual driven to win, who can contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. The schedule requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, which are peak sales periods and important for maximizing earnings.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a F&I Manager REQUIRED
- Strong attention to detail REQUIRED
- Ability to manage CIT REQUIRED
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Nice To Haves
- High Line experience a plus
- CDK knowledge a plus
