About The Position
Hansel Ford of Napa is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to become part of our growing team! This is a unique opportunity for the right individual. The Finance Manager position compensation, with benchmark performance, expected range is from $150,000 to $200,000.00+.
Requirements
- Previous hands-on Finance Manager experience at an automotive dealership required
- Calculate figures and finances
- Experience selling new and used vehicles
- Engage customers early in the sale
- Hands-on Experience in Finance at an Auto Dealership
- Strong communication skills
- Broad range of product knowledge
- Pass a criminal background screening
- Pass a drug test
Responsibilities
- Follow a comprehensive menu selling process to help maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration
- Work well within a team environment
- Ensure the timely flow of Finance Department documentation
- Ensure efficient and accurate turnaround on deals
- Supporting Sales Department goals
- Develop and maintain successful relationships with lenders
