About The Position

Blue Compass RV is hiring an F&I Manager to guide customers through RV financing options and protection plans and support a smooth, professional buying experience. The role involves securing lender approvals, finalizing deliveries, managing contracts and funding, tracking finance and insurance performance, and supporting sales staff through training. The position requires previous dealership sales or F&I experience.

Requirements

3–5 years of working knowledge in Finance and Insurance products.
Menu selling experience.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Good time-management skills.
Professional dress, speech, and behavior.
Strong closing skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to train finance and sales personnel.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Select appropriate lenders, secure approvals, obtain customer commitments, and finalize deliveries.
Manage contract placement while maximizing F&I PVR.
Assist the sales desk in structuring deals.
Adhere consistently to F&I office processes and contract workflows.
Manage contracts in transit and ensure funding through ongoing communication with the business office.
Track and monitor F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetrations.
Participate in weekly sales meetings regarding F&I training and issues.
Assist the General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
