About The Position

Walt Massey is seeking an F&I (Finance & Insurance) Manager to help provide clients with an extraordinary automotive experience. The organization offers specialized position training, on-the-job training, and ongoing personal development. The F&I Manager arranges vehicle financing, presents additional products, structures and closes deals, ensures compliance, prepares and audits deal paperwork, and works to secure prompt funding of contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing for their purchases.
• Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Structure sales to produce the highest profitability.
• Maintain proficiency and certifications required for the position.
• Desk deals accurately, submit them to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals effectively.
• Ensure every deal complies with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork and contracts, and deliver deals.
• Accurately audit team deals.
• Analyze deals after sale and identify improvements.
• Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.
