About the position
The National Account Manager at OLIPOP will be responsible for managing strategic accounts such as Walmart, Sam's Club, and Aldi/Lidl. They will focus on building relationships with key retailer partners, implementing sales and marketing strategies, and driving business growth. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to evaluate tradespend and increase profitability, and effective communication with internal teams. The National Account Manager will report to the Senior Director of Sales and play a crucial role in driving brand awareness and achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of business related to Walmart, Sam’s Club, Aldi, Lidl
- Organizing and managing all promotional calendars and cost-effective retailer programming for assigned key accounts
- Reviewing strategies to evaluate tradespend/ROI and increase profitability while growing sales
- Leading the charge on all new item/innovation presentations to retailers
- Working with the OLIPOP field teams, broker partners, and distributors to implement approved sales and marketing strategies
- Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Sales on a weekly basis regarding key account priorities, goals, strategy, and initiatives
- Working closely with the Demand Planner and Ops team to ensure accurate forecasts and demand planning
- Ensuring above 98% OTIF (On Time In Full) score
- Working closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and key programs with retailers on a monthly basis
Requirements

- Experience in managing strategic accounts such as Walmart, Sam's Club, Aldi, and Lidl
- Ability to organize and manage promotional calendars and cost-effective retailer programming
- Familiarity with evaluating tradespend/ROI and increasing profitability while growing sales
- Skilled in presenting new items and innovations to retailers
- Ability to collaborate with field teams, broker partners, and distributors to implement sales and marketing strategies
- Strong reporting and communication skills to provide updates on key account priorities, goals, strategy, and initiatives
- Experience in demand planning and ensuring high OTIF (On Time In Full) score
- Ability to work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and key programs with retailers
