About the position
The Director, 3rd Party Marketing Partnerships at Angi is responsible for managing strategic relationships with key affiliate and referral partners. Their main objective is to improve the quality of these partnerships and drive EBITDA growth for the company. This role involves optimizing and monitoring KPIs, maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders, and ensuring that Angi's goals are being met. The Director will also focus on increasing lead quality and optimizing EBITA across Angi's Lead Generation Partners.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic relationships with key 3rd party affiliate and referral partners
- Improve demand quality of partnerships and drive EBITDA growth for Angi
- Be the face of Angi for external lead generation partners
- Optimize and monitor KPIs and program performance
- Own relationships with senior partnership stakeholders
- Work internally and externally to keep goals on track and ensure Angi's goals and objectives are met
- Increase lead quality improvements and EBITA optimization across Angi's Lead Generation Partners
- Work alongside partners and team to ensure positive business performance and adoption of new tools and offers on the Angi affiliate platform
- Hold partners accountable to meet quality metrics and standards
- Develop a deep understanding of how largest partnerships function from end-to-end experience and monetization perspective
- Drive initiatives to improve customer experience, Angi's profitability, and standardize how we work with 3rd party partners
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine requirements and evaluate new features
- Proactively communicate information upwards and anticipate communication needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus
- 8-10 or more years of experience, with a proven track record of managing large, strategic partnerships
- Experience working with 3rd party marketing partners/affiliates is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience with negotiating and renegotiating large, strategic partnership terms
- High organizational ability and attention to detail
- Desire to roll up sleeves and execute with the ability to juggle competing high-priority tasks
