About The Position

Blink is hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own the systems behind growth, including marketing tracking, automation, and paid campaigns. The role sits at the intersection of marketing operations and digital promotion and works closely with marketing, sales, and RevOps. The manager will build and maintain the systems that ensure marketing spend and leads are tracked, nurtured, and reported accurately. The position is based in Boston with three in-office days per week and reports to the VP Demand Generation. The role covers end-to-end analytics and tracking, HubSpot marketing operations, paid media execution, and organic and paid search strategy. Success is measured by qualified quarterly pipeline goals, decreasing blended CAC or cost per SQL, MQL-to-SQL conversion, paid media ROAS or pipeline per dollar spent, and organic and AI search visibility and sourced pipeline.

Requirements

  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, and GA4, including building and configuring systems.
  • Experience managing paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, including budget and bid management.
  • Working knowledge of attribution modeling and connecting marketing activity to pipeline and revenue.
  • Comfort with data hygiene and marketing engine/CRM structure.
  • A builder’s mindset and ability to set up systems correctly.

Responsibilities

  • Build end-to-end tracking across the buyer journey, from anonymous visitor through closed customer, using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Configure GA4 funnels to identify where users drop off and build multi-touch attribution to assess which channels drive pipeline.
  • Create executive HubSpot dashboards showing pipeline velocity, deal leakage, and marketing-sourced revenue.
  • Own and build the HubSpot Marketing Operations instance, including behavior-triggered workflows that progress leads through lifecycle stages to MQL and SQL.
  • Maintain database quality through property mapping, list segmentation, and data validation aligned with personas and ideal customer profiles.
  • Build bespoke audiences to meet campaign-cycle needs.
  • Plan and run campaigns across Google search, display, and video; LinkedIn; and Meta.
  • Set up conversion event tracking, manage campaign pacing and bid strategies against goals such as target ROAS, and conduct A/B tests on creative, copy, and landing pages.
  • Own organic and paid search strategy, including keyword and AI search query coverage, content and CMS structuring, interlinking, backlinking, pillar and cluster topics, and optimized page headings and meta descriptions.
  • Implement paid search and AI search strategies to strengthen coverage of key commercial-intent searches.
  • Support adjacent growth marketing projects and keep campaigns aligned with broader objectives.
  • Achieve qualified quarterly pipeline goals and improve paid-channel acquisition costs, MQL-to-SQL conversion, paid media returns, and organic and AI search performance.
