About The Position

The Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Manager owns how prospects discover Lakeshore communities, engage with digital channels, and enter the CRM. The role manages community websites, paid media, local listings, and the digital media budget, with accountability for qualified leads, cost per lead, and lead-to-sale conversion across manufactured housing and RV communities. It reports to the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and manages a part-time or contract graphic designer and outside vendors, with no direct reports. The position oversees community and custom property websites, website content and conversion paths, SEO, Google Ads and Meta campaigns, lead tracking and routing into Yardi CRM IQ, reporting, Google Business Profiles, Facebook pages, and community social content. It also leads the transition of accounts and historical data from Lead Crossing and coordinates work with designers, freelancers, vendors, sales teams, and community staff. The first 90 days include taking control of accounts and domains and establishing baseline lead metrics; rebuilding paid campaigns, fixing CRM routing, and launching a weekly dashboard; and working toward agreed lead targets for priority communities, including Harbor Belle RV season and Bay City home sales. The position is based in Skokie, Illinois, with remote work and a hybrid option at the nearest property location. Occasional travel to communities is required.
