About The Position

ViaQuest Day & Employment Services provides services and support to individuals with developmental disabilities through its Day Program and Employment Services Program. The Day Program Manager oversees the system of supports and services provided to individuals in the Day Program, manages personnel and coordinates service delivery, hires, trains, and retains employees, and participates in developing individual support plans. The role is based in Mentor, Ohio, and is scheduled from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, with no holidays or weekends.

Requirements

• A minimum of two years of experience in human services.

Nice To Haves

• A four-year degree in social or human services or a related field is preferred.
• Management or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served at the Day Program.
• Manage personnel and coordinate service delivery.
• Hire, train, and retain quality employees.
• Participate in the development of individual support plans for individuals served.
