Customer Service Internship - Year Round
About The Position
Uline is seeking a year-round Customer Service Intern for its Minnesota Branch in Hudson, Wisconsin. The paid internship offers hands-on experience in a collaborative contact center, where interns work alongside experienced professionals to address customer needs and develop communication and problem-solving skills. The role provides hands-on training, ongoing support, and one-on-one peer mentoring. Interns may continue working during the school year and could have the opportunity to join Uline full-time after graduation. The position is on-site and pays $22 per hour. It is open only to junior and senior college students and requires availability to work 15 hours per week during the school year. Uline is a drug-free workplace, and all new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
Requirements
- Currently a junior or senior college student.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a strong work ethic.
- Available to work 15 hours per week during the school year.
Responsibilities
- Guide and process customer orders and account inquiries using Uline technology.
- Build business relationships with customers over the phone, by email, and through chat.
- Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
