About the position
We are seeking a customer-centric and data-driven Customer Lifecycle Senior Manager to join our Retention team at Blacklane. In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance the customer journey for our B2C customers by implementing cross-channel retention strategies. Responsibilities
- Manage strategic retention projects, such as the Blacklane Rewards Program
- Implement cross-channel communication using marketing automation technology (Braze) to drive growth
- Identify customer problems, ideate, design, and conduct experiments to optimize conversion rates
- Analyze data, gather insights for campaign and lifecycles implementation, and present stories out of data
- Collaborate with the Customer Lifecycle Technology Manager to enhance automation and leverage data points
- Have advanced Project Management skills
- Launch or lead rewards, referral programs, or subscription models to increase LTV long term
- Implement cross-channel strategies and campaigns with a customer-centric and data-driven approach
- Use marketing automation technology (Braze or similar) and master HTML if needed
- Conduct analysis independently and tell stories out of data through visualizations
- Have good technical understanding and feel comfortable briefing tech team
- Have a genuine interest in the premium and the travel/mobility industries
- Have excellent communication skills in English
Requirements
- Advanced Project Management skills
- Experience launching or leading rewards, referral programs, or subscription models that increase LTV long term
- Customer-centric and data-driven approach
- Track record of successful implementation of cross-channel strategies and campaigns
- Advanced experience using marketing automation technology (Braze or similar)
- Proficiency in HTML
- Experience running experiments to improve conversion rates
- Ability to conduct independent analysis and present data through visualizations
- Good technical understanding and ability to communicate with tech teams
- Genuine interest in the premium and travel/mobility industries
- Advantageous to have previous experience working for a marketplace
- Excellent communication skills in English
