About the position
We are seeking a Creative Director with a strong background in visual design and expertise in delivering digital experiences. This leadership position will involve managing the creative direction of our largest projects and guiding the career paths of emerging creative leaders. The Creative Director will focus on a global technology brand, leading cross-disciplinary teams to conceive and deliver impactful solutions in areas such as global marketing websites, branding, digital products, and vision projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a client-facing, creative leadership role in a digital agency environment, recognized expertise in advertising or interactive design, and strong knowledge of interaction design, user-centered experience design, and digital marketing.
Responsibilities
- Manage the creative direction of large projects and the career paths of other emerging creative leaders
- Oversee multiple projects from concept to execution
- Represent the culture and standards of the company to all levels and disciplines within the department, company-wide, and across the industry
- Focus the creative output for a global technology brand
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to conceive, execute, and deliver impactful solutions
- Build trust with clients and win work for future projects
- Work on projects including global marketing websites, branding and brand systems, digital products and services, and vision projects
- Have extensive experience in a client-facing, creative leadership role in a digital agency environment
- Possess recognized expertise in advertising, collateral, identity, or interactive design
- Have a strong working knowledge of interaction design, user-centered experience design, brand development, digital marketing, and the creative process
- Provide clear creative direction, career path guidance, and timely feedback to improve creative processes
- Demonstrate proven leadership skills, including team building, mentoring, and guiding large groups of creative talent
- Possess excellent presentation skills and communication abilities at all levels of both internal and client organizations
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a client facing, creative leadership role in a digital agency environment
- Recognized expertise in advertising, collateral, identity, or interactive design
- Strong working knowledge of interaction design, user-centered experience design, brand development, digital marketing, and the creative process
- Familiarity with new platforms and technologies for the digital channel and related media
