About the position
We are seeking a Creative Copywriter (Growth) to join our in-house growth creative team at Cleo. In this role, you will be responsible for creating new and innovative ad concepts, crafting compelling copy that reflects Cleo's unique tone of voice, and developing creative channel strategies to optimize ad performance. We are looking for someone who can make data-driven decisions, has a strong understanding of the U.S. consumer and market, and has a portfolio that showcases their skills. Responsibilities
- Create new and innovative ad concepts that drive conversions
- Craft headlines, descriptions, and calls-to-actions that reflect Cleo's unique tone of voice and drive conversions
- Research trends, competitors, audiences, etc. and present learnings to the team
- Develop creative channel strategies and testing plans to optimize ad performance
- Collaborate with paid social media managers to analyze ad performance, refine briefs, channel strategies, and testing plans
- Work closely with the compliance team
- Get people to click
- Identify and fix bad copy
- Stay updated on U.S. consumer and market trends
- Make data-driven decisions quickly
- Have a portfolio that demonstrates the above skills
Requirements
