About the position
We are seeking a talented People Operations Partner to join our team at Cleo. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the People Operations Lead to drive important People projects and contribute to building a people-centric, data-driven experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in People Operations and grow into a Senior People Operations Partner. Your responsibilities will include automating and enhancing our People workflows, capturing and analyzing People data, supporting international set up, and collaborating on high-level projects. Additionally, you will champion best practices and collaborate with People Partners to refine the employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Automating and improving People workflows throughout the employee lifecycle
- Mapping and optimizing key People operations processes
- Partnering with relevant teams to deliver change in People operations processes
- Capturing and analyzing People data to define key metrics and build people dashboards
- Supporting international set up and delivering a consistent employee experience
- Collaborating on high-level projects including compensation, reward, and equity
- Supporting junior team members in championing People Operations best practices
- Collaborating with People Partners to refine the wider employee experience and build supporting processes
- Improving processes and automating manual workflows
- Scaling companies and working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Supporting multiple geographies in a People Team
- Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and building charts, graphs, pivot tables, and advanced formulas
- Being dynamic, flexible, and able to adjust to changing priorities
- Attention to detail and managing sensitive issues and data
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working in People Operations
- Demonstrated impact in the People Analytics space
- Experience automating manual workflows
- Knowledge of scaling companies, preferably in a high growth, fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a People Team that supports multiple geographies
- Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, including building charts and graphs, shortcuts, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities and deliver quick wins
- Strong attention to detail
- Trustworthiness and comfort in managing sensitive issues and data
