About the position

As an Algolia Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers in the Italian and Spanish markets and closing deals. Your role will involve managing and growing a sales pipeline, prospecting into target accounts, and turning leads into satisfied Algolia users. You should have a natural understanding of the sales process, 2-4 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS tech sales, and excellent Italian and Spanish language skills.   • Managing and growing a sales pipeline
  • Strategic prospecting into target accounts within your territory
  • Communicating transparently both internally and externally
  • Turning inbound and outbound leads into happy Algolia users
  • Making every Algolia user a satisfied customer, regardless of the deal size
  • Collaborating across teams to better focus customer-facing efforts
  • Building compelling demonstrations and sales materials

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a closing role, especially in B2B, SaaS tech sales
  • Excellent spoken and written Italian and Spanish skills
  • Natural understanding of the sales process
  • Ability to manage and grow a sales pipeline
  • Strategic prospecting into target accounts within the territory
  • Strong communication skills, both internally and externally
  • Ability to turn inbound and outbound leads into satisfied Algolia users

  • Quick thinking and ability to handle questions on the fly

  • Experience in a high-growth stage and beyond ($50-200M ARR range)
